Peabody theory department faculty member Mark Janello’s new work, Quartet for String Trio and Harpsichord, will receive its world premiere on Sunday, February 4, in Durham, N.C. Commissioned by Elaine Funaro for the Mallarmé Chamber Players, it will be part of a concert including music by Mozart, Anne Louise Brillon de Joey, and Boccherini, in Duke University’s Baldwin Auditorium at 3:00 pm.
