The Poulenc Trio – Bryan Young (BM ’96, Bassoon); Preparatory faculty artist Irina Kaplan Lande, piano; and Liang Wang, oboe – has a new album currently available for pre-release. Trains of Thought will be fully released on February 16. The album features music by Poulenc and Jean Françaix, arrangements of music by Shostakovich, Rossini, and a world premiere recording of Trains of Thought by Viet Cuong (BM ’11, MM ’12, Composition).
