Festival Baltimore will return June 3-17, and will feature a number of Peabody alumni and faculty. Svet Stoyanov (BM ‘03, GPD ‘05, Percussion) will play on Friday, June 8, at 7:30 pm. He will perform music by Bartok and Crum for two pianos and percussion. Faculty artist Alexander Fiterstein, clarinet, will perform on Saturday, June 9, at 7:30 pm. He will play on a program featuring the complete works for viola, clarinet, and piano by Robert Schumann. Netanel Draiblate (MM ’07, GPD ’09, Violin) will play on Sunday, June 17, at 7:30 pm, in the final concert of the festival, which will feature Mendelssohn’s piano trios and a sextet.
