Peabody Preparatory faculty artist Dan Trahey (BM ’00, Tuba, Music Education) will be in Chile January 12-21, 2019 leading composition workshops with the National Youth Orchestra of Chile and the Global Leaders Program. This is the 2nd Annual 10-day El Sistema Educators Bootcamp, and it is an intensive residence that supports the professional growth of Teaching Artists. Trahey is a faculty member there and will lead Bootcamp Fellows in workshops to improve their pedagogical techniques.
