Peabody Preparatory’s Pre-Conservatory Violin Program (PCVP) is traveling to Nashville, Tenn. in April to perform concerts and participate in classes. There, they will collaborate with three area schools. They start on Friday, April 5 at Western Kentucky University, where Director Rebecca Henry will give a master class and PCVP will perform a concert. Then, traveling to Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities, the PCVP students will take part in master classes and programs with University faculty. Finally, on Sunday, April 7, at 8:00 pm, Preparatory and Blair School of Music students come together to offer a concert in the Turner Auditorium at Vanderbilt University. The concert is free and open to the public.
