Jessica Satava (MM ’04, Voice) has been appointed the executive director of the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra in Johnstown, Pa. She has worked at the Peabody Institute for 13 years in the Concert Office. Satava has also been accepted in a selective process to attend Essentials of Orchestra Management 2019 sponsored by the League of American Orchestras and the Los Angeles Philharmonic in LA as she transitions into orchestra management. She is a former manager of the Aspen Chamber Symphony at the Aspen Music Festival and School and earned a certificate in management development from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.
