Jonathan MacKrell, member of the Peabody Children’s Chorus, performed The Snowman by Howard Blake with Baltimore Symphony Orchestra on December 7th as part of their “Holidays with the BSO” series. The Snowman is an animated film projected with live music of a young boy’s magical friendship with a snowman which comes to life and takes him on a trip to the North Pole. The performance included a range of interactive activities including face painting, crafts, BSYO Holiday Music Chamber Ensembles, and an interactive Port Discovery activity.
