Pre-Conservatory Violin Program member Emily Shi has won the Frederick Regional Youth Philharmonic Orchestra Concerto Competition. Emily , who studies with Rebecca Henry, lives in Frederick Co. and is concertmaster of the FRYPO. She will perform the third movement of Concerto No. 3 in B minor by Camille Saint-Saëns with the orchestra on Sunday, May 18.
