Conservatory dance chair danah bella’s work kung saan ka has been selected for the Red Rock Dance Festival Choreography Showcase 2018. The showcase will take place on Saturday, June 9, at 7:30 pm at Dixie State University in St. George, Utah.

Faculty artist danah bella, dance, will be giving master classes for Dance Baltimore. She will be giving a Modern Class for the community on Tuesday, March 6, and Tuesday, March 13, both at 7:30 pm. Both classes will be given at the Eubie Blake Cultural Center.

danah bella, chair of the Conservatory dance program, will be performing new music, improv, and dance featuring master’s candidate Ledah Finck (BM ’16, Violin), master’s composition student Jamie Leidwinger, and master’s computer music and composition student Sam Torres on January 19 at Baltimore’s Blank Space.

Yin Yue to Join Peabody Conservatory Dance Faculty

Internationally recognized as a versatile performer and choreographer, Yin Yue will join the BFA dance faculty of the Peabody Conservatory as artist-in-residence for the fall 2018 semester. She will teach modern technique classes and collaborate on creative research with our dance majors as well as offer workshops and master classes at Peabody’s Baltimore campus.
