A group of Peabody jazz students and alumni—Sophomore Jonathan Baez, drums; senior Amanda Bloom, vocals; junior Kevin Clark, guitar; Blake Meister (BM ’08), bass; and Jacob Silver (GPD ’10), piano—played at the National University of Singapore last month. The group performed in the “Ones to Watch” concert, an annual performance that aims to inspire youth by introducing them to young, vibrant performers, and a concert for the university’s 5- and 15-year class reunions. Peabody is connected to the National University of Singapore through its sister conservatory, the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music.
