Megan Rabe, preparatory violin student of Rebecca Henry and member of the Pre-Conservatory Violin Program, was a first place winner in the 2014 Gus Johansen High School String Competition, sponsored by the Friday Morning Music Club. She received a cash award and will perform in the winner’s recital in the Mansion at Strathmore in Bethesda, MD on November 28, 2014. Megan is in 9th grade.
